Bob Denhardt, Professor and Director of Leadership Programs, Price School Public Policy, University of Southern California

Based on the book of the same name authored by our presenter, Just Plain Good Management is filled with the most useful management lessons available presented in straightforward yet powerful language that speaks directly to those who want to become better managers. No fads. No frills. Just straight talk about the art of managing. This author contends that management is often made too difficult, when it’s really a matter of thinking carefully through common sense solutions to the problems and issues managers face. This workshop will consist of several “TED talk” conversation starters by Professor Denhardt followed by significant discussion by the participants.
